Found this on a european flikr account I think. Narrow external, massive lumbar pad, rear zipper access, strange load lifter set up (cables? really?) and odd use of slick clips.
If anyone knows what this is let me know, I'm dumbfounded.
My guess would be an older Klattermusen bag. Look closely at the shoulder harness and the little triangular-shaped metal tubing. Klattermusen still uses that on their current packs. Also the load lifter cables have been/are still used in their biggest packs.
